1.Product description
The UV-200AT analyzer is mainly used for ozone concentration measurement in the pipeline of ozone generator, which can continuously detect ozone concentration in the outlet generator. It is used to detect the ozone gas in a variety of industrial environment, and can also be used to detect the ozone gas in the environment of pipeline, container and so on. It is widely used in the industry of pharmaceutical, chemical, municipal, sewage treatment, etc., to measure the outlet concentration of the ozone generator and the output of the ozone generator.
This ozone analyzer based on the Lambert Law of Bill, Chinese state environmental standards "ambient air - Determination of ozone UV method", and Chinese Ministry of construction "water treatment by ozone generator" verification & calibration method to design and manufacture. By measuring the change of the intensity of the light signal before and after the UV absorption of the ozone to calculate the current ozone concentration. The equipment uses the advanced dual light UV light source system with the intelligent management system of the lamp tube, which can make the UV lamp tube reach the measuring state quickly after the machine is opened. Using the separating photocell technology enables the analyzer has the characteristics of no leakage, anti high pressure, anti large-flow sampling gas impact, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance, simple operation and low cost.
The device purge automatically at a certain time to ensure the stability of the zero point and prevent the zero drift from affecting the detection accuracy. The gas flow, pressure and flow rate remain unchanged at the time of zeroing, so as to prevent the impact of air flow on the zeroing and ensure the equipment can run continuously for 24 hours a day.
